Diesel Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench(working station type 12PSB-I)
Introduction:
The 12PSB series test benches are produced with mature technology and are widely used in the mechanical pump repair in
the past long years. The control panel can display the rotary speed, temperature, pressure, travel of stroke advance angle
and technical data of fuel injection pumps. Their operation are very easy and quick.
Used for BOSCH in line pumps of K,M,MW,A,B,BV.(ZU,ZW,ZM) and BOSCH rotation distributor pumps EP/VA,EP/VM,VE..F.., also can be used for Chinese pumps such as
I,II,III,K,P7,BQ etc.
Main functions:
- Measurement of each cylinder of delivery at any speed(invert control)
- Test point and interval angle of oil supply of injection pumps
- Checking and adjust the mechanical governor.
- Checking and adjusting the distributor pumps.
- Experiment and adjusting of behavior of supercharging and compensatory device.
- Measurement of oil return of distributor pumps.
- Testing of electromagnetic valve of distributor pumps.(12v,24v)
- Measurement of the internal pressure of distributor pumps.
- Checking of the advance angle of advance device.(on request)
- Checking the sealing of injection pump body.
- Install tube of auto-sucking oil supply can check on oil feed pump(include VE pump)
- Checking the travel stroke(on request)
- Oil lubricate system(on request)
12PSB-I adopts computer + digital two operate systems(each system can work independently).
